Although, realistically that dragon wouldn't be able to survive out of water with gills because of how sharks need to have water constantly forced through their gills to breathe...but I still like the concept.
This is an inventive design! My only nitpick is that you kept the pelvic fins on the tail. Pelvic fins are analogous structures to hind limbs in a quadrupedal animal, so having a set of back legs AND pelvic fins is sort of like having two different sets of hind limbs. Minor nitpick.
We'll have to agree to disagree on that one. Personally I think all creature designs should make anatomical sense to make it more believable. Clearly I value anatomy more than many artists, and that's gonna have to be ok. And I'm not a "bro."
Bro is generally seen as gender neutral, sorry that you seem offended by it. Clearly? I excuse you. You are not the only one who appreciates anatomy over style, but what I'm saying is that with the legs and arms and tail all combined, I don't think pelvic fins would really change much. I know you were knit-picking, but it did seem a bit much.
